The highlight at the EIZO stand will be the new 12-megapixel colour monitor RadiForce RX1270. With an incredibly high resolution and large image diagonal, the RX1270 is a truly universal diagnostics tool. It facilitates precise diagnostic processes, particularly when it comes to mammography and microstructures. It displays monochrome x-rays, MRI and CT scans with the ideal DICOM greyscale values. It even perfectly conveys colour images from ultrasound examinations and endoscopies. With its 30.9-inch diagonal and widescreen format, it is capable of replacing conventional screens in double-monitor solutions. It also boasts space-saving construction and new functionalities for comfort and efficiency.
EIZO will demonstrate different Work-and-Flow functionalities that serve as efficient tools to radiologists in diagnostics on the RadiForce RX660 (6 megapixels), RX560 MammoDuo (5 megapixels) RX360 (3 megapixels) and MX216-HB (2 megapixels). One of these is the ‘Point-and-Focus’ functionality, which makes it easy for users to select and mask the analysis field.
EIZO will also present monitors at ECR that ensure proper image reproduction in clinical departments during medical review. These MX series devices, such as the RadiForce MX315W, can even be used in diagnostics, depending on the model and examination method. Its large display surface provides enough space for many images as well as for 3D reconstructions. It displays radiological images with DICOM greyscale characteristics correctly.
The latest version of the RadiCS, an EIZO quality control solution, will be demonstrated in Vienna. Calibration, acceptance, consistency testing and archiving of test reports all number among typical image quality control functionalities.
Finally, EIZO will also present a video distribution transmitted from a diagnostics station via a remote screen or projector. This can be used in an operating theatre or a room where X-ray results are discussed, for example.
The EIZO stand (545) is located in Hall Expo X5.
